A flaw was found in the way pacemaker's client-server authentication was implemented in versions up to and including 2.0.0. A local attacker could use this flaw, and combine it with other IPC weaknesses, to achieve local privilege escalation.

When processing certain files, PHP EXIF extension in versions 7.1.x below 7.1.28, 7.2.x below 7.2.17 and 7.3.x below 7.3.4 can be caused to read past allocated buffer in exif_process_IFD_TAG function. This may lead to information disclosure or crash.

The XMLTooling library all versions prior to V3.0.4, provided with the OpenSAML and Shibboleth Service Provider software, contains an XML parsing class. libxslt through 1.1.33 allows bypass of a protection mechanism because callers of xsltCheckRead and xsltCheckWrite permit access even upon receiving a -1 error code. xsltCheckRead can return -1 for a crafted URL that is not actually invalid and is subsequently loaded.
A flaw was found in the way KVM hypervisor handled x2APIC Machine Specific Rregister (MSR) access with nested(=1) virtualization enabled. In that, L1 guest could access L0's APIC register values via L2 guest, when 'virtualize x2APIC mode' is enabled. A guest could use this flaw to potentially crash the host kernel resulting in DoS issue. Kernel versions from 4.16 and newer are vulnerable to this issue.
In Wireshark 2.4.0 to 2.4.13, 2.6.0 to 2.6.7, and 3.0.0, the NetScaler file parser could crash. This was addressed in wiretap/netscaler.c by improving data validation.
