In Xiph.Org libvorbis 1.3.5, an out-of-bounds array read vulnerability exists in the function mapping0_forward() in mapping0.c, which may lead to DoS when operating on a crafted audio file with vorbis_analysis().
Apache httpd allows remote attackers to read secret data from process memory if the Limit directive can be set in a user's .htaccess file, or if httpd.conf has certain misconfigurations, aka Optionsbleed. This affects the Apache HTTP Server through 2.2.34 and 2.4.x through 2.4.27. The attacker sends an unauthenticated OPTIONS HTTP request when attempting to read secret data. This is a use-after-free issue and thus secret data is not always sent, and the specific data depends on many factors including configuration. Exploitation with .htaccess can be blocked with a patch to the ap_limit_section function in server/core.c.
An exploitable buffer overflow vulnerability exists in the tag parsing functionality of LibOFX 0.9.11. A specially crafted OFX file can cause a write out of bounds resulting in a buffer overflow on the stack. An attacker can construct a malicious OFX file to trigger this vulnerability.
The (1) Htpasswd authentication source in the authcrypt module and (2) SimpleSAML_Session class in SimpleSAMLphp 1.14.11 and earlier allow remote attackers to conduct timing side-channel attacks by leveraging use of the standard comparison operator to compare secret material against user input.
SimpleSAMLphp 1.7.0 through 1.14.10 might allow attackers to obtain sensitive information, gain unauthorized access, or have unspecified other impacts by leveraging incorrect persistent NameID generation when an Identity Provider (IdP) is misconfigured.
The InfoCard module 1.0 for SimpleSAMLphp allows attackers to spoof XML messages by leveraging an incorrect check of return values in signature validation utilities.
The multiauth module in SimpleSAMLphp 1.14.13 and earlier allows remote attackers to bypass authentication context restrictions and use an authentication source defined in config/authsources.php via vectors related to improper validation of user input.
Cross-site scripting (XSS) vulnerability in the Security component of Kohana before 3.3.6 allows remote attackers to inject arbitrary web script or HTML by bypassing the strip_image_tags protection mechanism in system/classes/Kohana/Security.php.
ntpd in ntp before 4.2.8p3 with remote configuration enabled allows remote authenticated users with knowledge of the configuration password and access to a computer entrusted to perform remote configuration to cause a denial of service (service crash) via a NULL byte in a crafted configuration directive packet.
