In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
s390/mm: Do not map lowcore with identity mapping
Since the identity mapping is pinned to address zero the lowcore is always
also mapped to address zero, this happens regardless of the relocate_lowcore
command line option. If the option is specified the lowcore is mapped
twice, instead of only once.
This means that NULL pointer accesses will succeed instead of causing an
exception (low address protection still applies, but covers only parts).
To fix this never map the first two pages of physical memory with the
identity mapping.
ECOVACS vacuum robot base stations do not validate firmware updates, so malicious over-the-air updates can be sent to base station via insecure connection between robot and base station.
ECOVACS robot vacuums and base stations communicate via an insecure Wi-Fi network with a deterministic AES encryption key, which can be easily derived.
A flaw has been found in elunez eladmin up to 2.7. This impacts the function updateUserEmail of the file /api/users/updateEmail/ of the component Email Address Handler. Executing manipulation of the argument id/email can lead to improper authorization. The attack may be performed from remote. Attacks of this nature are highly complex. The exploitability is said to be difficult. The exploit has been published and may be used. It is required to know the RSA-encrypted password of the attacked user account.
In Skia, there is a possible out of bounds write due to a heap buffer overflow. This could lead to remote escalation of privilege with no additional execution privileges needed. User interaction is not needed for exploitation.
In System UI, there is a possible way to view other users' images due to a confused deputy. This could lead to local escalation of privilege with no additional execution privileges needed. User interaction is not needed for exploitation.
In Permission Manager, there is a possible way for the microphone privacy indicator to remain activated even after the user attempts to close the app due to a logic error in the code. This could lead to local escalation of privilege with no additional execution privileges needed. User interaction is not needed for exploitation.
